EOL offers tastefully prepared meals with an emphasis on regional growers, farmers and artisans. Many dishes can be called southern in style and there is a strong nod to classical European techniques. Hand crafted cocktails continue to expand as new distilleries pop up throughout the state. EOL offers an extensive wine cellar list with 32 wines offed by the glass through a wine system that maintains the integrity and temperature of the wine.

Attended with girlfriends for my birthday and we were all extremely happy with our meals. I had the grilled elk which was amazing! The staff, including our server, and the manager were very attentive to our group. Chef Eric stepped out to our table at our requested. We wanted to compliment his culinary abilities and he was wonderful to take a moment to come greet us. I would recommend Elliot's on Linden to everyone going to Pinehurst.

Our experience at Elliotts on Linden was amazing! Our server, Stephanie, really made our anniversary special. The food was excellent. We will definitely be going back.

It was our first time at this restaurant - we look forward to our next visit. This was an evening meal; we normally eat our big meal of the day at lunch so we will probably do that next time.

We visited Elliotts 01-28-2025 for my wife's birthday. Everything was excellent, food,location, and Rachel did a great job. Will go back soon.
