EOL offers tastefully prepared meals with an emphasis on regional growers, farmers and artisans. Many dishes can be called southern in style and there is a strong nod to classical European techniques. Hand crafted cocktails continue to expand as new distilleries pop up throughout the state. EOL offers an extensive wine cellar list with 32 wines offed by the glass through a wine system that maintains the integrity and temperature of the wine.

Extremely high-quality food with wonderful service made for a perfect dinner. I had their seafood stock special which was phenomenal. Crab hushpuppies were solid but would probably pass on them next time. Oysters were fresh and delicious along with a couple cocktails, we had a fantastic bachelor trip dinner. Would highly recommend for a nice dinner with friends / family if staying in the Pinehurst area!

Charming restaurant with carefully curated dishes. Farm to Table and all so creative from their beverages to their dishes. Will visit again when we return to North Carolina.

Thefour of us had a fabulous meal at Elliott’s last night. The food was fantastic. Amanda, the bartender and server who cared for us was top-notch! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
