We came to edge as a celebration for my daughter‘s graduation from college and they did not disappoint. One of the most phenomenal waiters we’ve ever experienced and the food was exceptional. Thank you Edge

We made brunch reservations a couple of months ago for Mother’s Day at the Edge. The website listed the brunch menu and give a price of $48 per person for the regular brunch and a champagne brunch for $96 per person. We were directed to open table to make the reservations, which we did. When we arrived on Sunday and were seated by the very lovely hostesses, we were given a card for the table which listed the available buffet stations, plus pricing for drinks—alcoholic + coffee + smoothies. No price listed other than for drinks (at least not that we noticed.) Imagine our surprise when the bill came and it was actually approximately $129 per person rather than the $48 were expecting. I certainly understand that this was a special menu and a more extensive brunch than their normal Sunday brunch but nowhere, either in the restaurant or after examining the website, did I see that the Mother’s Day buffet was the price we were charged. Also, granted, it would’ve been the deal of the year if indeed the fabulous spread that we enjoyed was $48, but my point is we were given absolutely no instruction on what we were buying. I still don’t know if alcoholic beverages were supposed to have been included with our meal, if they had then we certainly would have partaken. $96 per person—I could see that. But $ 129 per person not including mimosas, etc is excessive even for the buffet we enjoyed. It left a very sour taste at the end of our meal to be surprised by such a discrepancy in cost.

Great experience for a date night. The menu changes frequently, which makes this a restaurant we can visit multiple times a year.

It is worth paying a little bit more for the best. Edge has wonderful food and beverages, a great waitstaff, a beautiful dining room, and perfect location near the DPAC.

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at The Edge Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special, and the reality absolutely blew us away. Our server, Phil, truly provided exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. He elevated our dining experience from great to unforgettable. And the food? On another level entirely! The sea bass was the best I has ever had – a truly remarkable dish. My Husband said the 21-day dry-aged ribeye, was simply phenomenal. Cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, it was a carnivore's dream. To top it all off, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was an absolute explosion of sweet, decadent goodness. Every bite was pure bliss. Without a doubt, The Edge Restaurant has become our new favorite spot in Denver. If you're looking for outstanding food and impeccable service, look no further. We can't wait to go back!
