   Been here many times. Great restaurant, never an issue booking a reservation here, last night we celebrated my friend’s 40th. Will be back!

   Reserved on open table and put in date night. They placed us in a corner table so it was nice that we weren't out in the open the manager coming introduced himself to us the staff was attentive and made sure everything was good for our night out the only thing I wish was different was the lights turned down in the restaurant just slightly to make it a little more romantic not so bright in them the room but overall excellent experience

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an open and lively vibe that sets the stage for an exceptional meal. This was our second time having dinner at this location. The star of the show, of course, is the food. The steaks are expertly prepared, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. Their in-house butcher shop ensures that every cut is fresh and top-tier, making a noticeable difference in taste and texture. Beyond the steaks, the menu offers a variety of creative and delicious options. A must-try is their cauliflower appetizer—unexpectedly addictive and full of rich, savory flavor. Service is another highlight at Echo & Rig. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making you feel truly taken care of throughout your meal. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a night out, the experience here is consistently outstanding.

   Food was very good as usual, service was just OK as server had too many tables. The noise level is very bad and makes it difficult to hear who you are trying to converse with. I love that you can bring your own wine and not get hit with a corking fee.

    We waited downstairs for over 15 minutes before we were seated despite having a reservation for 215. Then once we were seated at our table, we waited another 20 minutes before we finally received our drinks we ordered from the bar. And only one drink came and we still had to wait for the other three. We have dined here many times. Food is always good.
