The Ferry Inn is a serendipitous country public house with welcoming staff, character rooms, candlelight, open fires, real ales, popular foods and fantastic sunsets. A 17th Century former smugglers haunt-- this is a pretty little pub in a lovely marshland setting with tables and benches on the front terrace and in the back alongside the riverbank. Inside it's very easygoing and chatty. The main bar has hop-draped painted beams, a green dado, and stools against the bar where they serve a beer called Oxney Ale specially brewed for the pub by Westerham Brewery. To the right is a cosy eating area with wheelback chairs-- ideal for a banquette with friends around a few long tables.

    Not just the best vegan restaurant, but also the best restaurant in London. We love visiting Unity Diner! The food is always fresh and delicious, staff are very welcoming and the interior is very relaxing with lots of beautiful paintings of animals. And last but not least, we appreciate the fact that they donate to Surge Sanctuary. We have been visiting for a few years now and we'll keep coming back! :))

    Ramdan and team were welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed the Indian afternoon tea (perfect for our pre-theatre plan). We thought there was plenty to eat and were happy with the variety. Not feeling cucumber sandwiches and scones? This could be the one! Worked for us! Thank you Ramdan and team! x
