The owners, Heather Chase (a gardener and clinical herbalist) and Russ Van Deursen (permaculture designer and gardener) take their sourcing seriously. Their produce is sourced from their own permaculture farm and other local organic farmers whenever available. They source only 100% organic produce, beans, grains, and seeds.
