We’d never been to Efes bar but we were going out with some Iranian friends so booked on the hope it would be a good night out. Were were not disappointed! We sat downstairs and had some lovely fresh starters but then the fun really started as we had ordered the mixed grill! The food was wonderful - the lamb chops were lovely but the star of the show was the kebab meat. But all else it was the wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant had a real family feel and my Iranian friends were transported back home singing songs from their homeland. We were then treated to a song by a true Turkish superstar! What an evening! We’ll definitely be back!
