WOW! Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived at Quiriego Scottsdale, we knew we were in for something special! We visited on a Saturday night, and the experience was impeccable from beginning to end. From the friendly valet service to the stunning oversized entrance door that was graciously opened for us, every detail felt intentional and welcoming. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful, lively enough to enjoy the atmosphere but intimate enough to have a wonderful conversation. The SERVICE? Outstanding! Our waitress was phenomenal. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. Before we could even finish a drink, she was already checking on us. The cocktails were exceptional, and the hospitality was truly something worth recognizing. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adrian and Jose, who were both incredibly kind and welcoming. Now, THE FOOD! Where do I start?! We began with a beautiful salad filled with fruit and almonds, bursting with incredible flavors. The jumbo shrimp were out of this world! For dinner, we enjoyed the ceviche with steak and the branzino, which was absolutely phenomenal. Even the simplest sides, like the refried beans, whole beans, and tortillas, were unforgettable. And don’t even get me started on the two desserts we ordered. AMAZING! What made this experience even more special was the nostalgia. We have been fans of Quiriego in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, and experiencing those familiar, authentic flavors right here in Scottsdale was something truly special. The food, the hospitality, the attention to detail and it genuinely felt like we had never left Hermosillo. Congratulations on your grand opening! Scottsdale is incredibly lucky to have you. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the ambiance, food, drinks, and service are ALL equally exceptional, but Quiriego delivered on every level. We are already looking forward to returning and exploring more of the menu. You have definitely gained loyal customers!
