Die Fütterung der Rinder erfolgt ausschließlich mit nicht-genverändertem Futter. „The Aging Room“ befindet sich im Eingangsbereich der Pharmacy. Unser hochwertiges Rindfleisch wird dort bei einer Raumtemperatur von 2°C und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 85% ca. 5-8 Wochen gereift. Das Filetstück reift 12 Tage. Gern bieten wir Euch zu den Speisen korrespondierende Cocktails und Weine aus unserem umfangreichen Angebot an.
