The Crayfish Bob brand creates new outlets for the tasty non-native crayfish that inhabit our waterways. We hold large dining events exclusively on Thursdays and are developing high-quality products for the retail market. We source our crayfish in bulk from responsible trappers and turn them into a unique range of products. No one knows crayfish like Crayfish Bob. Bob's been trapping and cooking the UK's invasive American Signal crayfish for over 15 years. Our Thursday Crayfish Boils are LEGENDARY!
