    The new CEO is doing a wonderful job. I'm impressed. I didn't appreciate the background noise they called music. It was not to my liking. The local branch says they can't control it. If not, they turn it down. We don't go there for the music; in fact, if that music were the only reason to go there, I wouldn't go there at all. The service was very good, and Kaitlin was wonderful and responsive to our needs.

    Went out with the family and had a wonderful time as always. Isaiah was our server and was very attentive to our every needs. Make sure our food was good drinks were full and biscuits on rotation. I love me some red lobster and will be back very soon.

    The restraunt was clean and employees greeted us with warm smiles. Our food was awsome. It took a little longer but seeing it was early on Dec 31......the restaurant was short of help. The delicious food took our mind we were just so happy to be at Red Lobster to eat!!! Happy New Year for 2026!!!!
