The Crown and Garter is a 17th century coaching inn, situated in Inkpen, near Hungerford, in the heart of the North Wessex Downs. Having stood its ground since 1640, it is an integral part of Inkpen and the other surrounding villages. Although we refurbished our bar and restaurant in 2014, the Crown and Garter hasn’t lost it’s old pub charm! Delicious food with an unusual menu.....much better than standard pub grub. A short but well chosen wine list. Friendly and timely service. We will be back.
