Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables. We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 350 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent. Muy buena comida y excelente servicio. Precios razonables, ambiente simpático y ruido aceptable. Podrían mejorar el arreglo de mesas y la comodidad de los asientos. Encontrar el sitio es difícil pues está escondido y no se observa su anuncio desde la calle. Tuvimos que dar un par de vueltas para localizarlo. Lo recomiendo para un lunch informal pero nada mas.

    Flint is an amazing restaurant from start to finish. The food is absolutely incredible, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The drinks are excellent, and the wine selection is just as impressive. It’s priced accordingly for the quality you get, and well worth it. Brady, the GM, really makes the experience memorable. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time. We can’t wait to come back!

    One of the best restaurants in Phoenix Upstairs is a sophisticated restaurant/ jazz bar with incredible food from appetisers thru desserts. An exceptional wine list with representation from all over the world. Top it all off with a knowledgeable and pleasant staff you really can’t go wrong. Perfect for date night, fine dining or just hanging at the bar and listening to some laid back jazz. 5 stars
