"Laxsa Soho, is a Malaysian Restaurant in London. Located in the heart of the West End, it is the place to experience true Malaysian food in London. Our culinary team hails from Kebun Teh, Johor. They have sourced traditional recipes and cooking methods to bring the true authentic taste of Malaysia to London. Our signature dish is our Laksa, arguably the best Laksa in London. Other iconic menu dishes include our Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, Mee Goreng, and Hainese Chicken! The venue is split over two floors. The design of the venue is a contemporary representation of Kebun Teh, in Malaysia. The train-theme of the restaurant is a nostalgic reminder of the railway market where the Chefs would source their fresh ingredients in Kebun Teh. The venue is adorned with Malaysian antiques which set the tone for a truly authentic taste of Malaysia. The London Malaysian scene is starting to ignite. At Laxsa Soho, we provide a truly authentic Malaysian menu in a contemporary venue."

MODERN MALAYSIAN FARE IN THE HEART OF PECKHAMWelcome to Janda Diner. We are anything but your average Malaysian restaurant. Here, you can tuck into both classic Malaysian dishes and some fun, creative twists. Our Head Chef and owner, Ady Yacob, is the genius behind it all. With a Grand Diplôme from Cordon Bleu and a huge love for his home cuisine, Ady teamed up with his buddy Lanny to bring you a dining experience that’s truly one of a kind.We are known for our signature dishes: amazing rich beef rendang, spicy moreish milk fried chicken and sumptuous grilled seabass. In our first year we were honoured as a best in the city restaurant by Time Out London. So, what’s with the name ‘Janda’? It means female divorcee in Malay. Some folks might wonder why we chose it, but us, it’s all about freedom and empowerment, not judgment. It’s about being proud of who you are and celebrating life. We really hope that passion shines through in our food and service!

Bugis Street's history dates back to the early 19thcentury when it was primarily a residential area inhabited by the Bugis people, seafaring traders from the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. The Bugis were known for their maritime skills and played a significant role in trade across Southeast Asia.Today, Bugis Street continues to thrive as a dynamic shopping and entertainment district in Singapore. It is home to modern malls. boutiques, restaurants, and bars, offering a mix of traditional and contemporary experiences. The area has retained it cultural charm while embracing urbanisation and modernity.
