Our tasting menu is priced at $175 per person with an optional $85 beverage pairing. We do not offer an a la carte menu at this time. The Counter at Odell’s is a chef’s counter experience inspired by Chef Miles Odell’s transformative years as a chef and most formidably, Japan. Rooted in deep respect for Japanese culture, Odell captures the spirit of kaiseki––a coursed dining experience driven by seasonal proteins and produce––through a multi course chef’s counter experience. Our menu changes nightly and consists of cooked dishes and nigiri sushi. We often serve items containing red meat, raw seafood, shellfish, gluten, tree nuts, and other common allergens. Please list all allergies and dietary restrictions in your reservation notes. We cannot accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets at this time.

We had another amazing dinner and we will be returning soon! Everything was excellent. We picked all of our favorites from the fresh catch list and they all were divine. Kyle was fantastic, we loved Quinn and the karaoke, and we also got to visit with our other favorite server, Kayden. The broiled eggplant appetizer is a must have every time we come and the sake options are incredible. We'll see you soon, Kumoya and staff!

Petit Chelou was one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. The food was screaming with personality and delivered with love. Pairings were EXTREMELY cool and I was really able to nerd out and learn a lot about wine too. The meal itself was a beautiful ode to springtime; chef has an absolutely wild way with vegetables. The Japanese/French vibe is so precise and somehow just so playful and irreverent too. I’ve been to a lot of tasting menus at 1/2 Michelin star joints around the world, and this was EASILY top 3 (if not top 1 tbh.) I am still floored. 10/10, love yall, thanks for a memory I will carry with me forever (the peas/mackerel/aioli dish! The tiny squids!!!) I am simply just so happy that this exists here in Denver right now. The culinary scene here NEEDS this inventiveness and warmth. Anyway yall please eat here, it’s lifechanging

This place was so fantastic. Super small space and the chefs are also your servers for the most part. I'm a dummy and took too long to write this review so I'll do my best re remembering what we had. We started with some beautiful oysters and a dip situation which included these amazing beets that my hubs and I became obsessed with and of course they're sold out online haha. There was a beautiful ode to the garden which was a handheld salad if you will, so amazing. There was also stuffed mussel, and duck I believe. Everything was amazing. I think the only thing that fell a little flat for us was the lobster dish, where there was a pasta in a lobster bisque if I recall correctly, and we felt like it was two dishes fighting each other. We ate everything regardless of nits and loved everything. Definitely recommend. One note, I guess between the name and write up, I was expecting more Asian influence which I didn't get less the chopsticks and one tuna dish. So if that's your desire here, you'll be disappointed.
