The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. All guest must consume raw fish. Chef's do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions if informed in advance.
