FiNNBAR opened with Chef Cal Peternell, an acclaimed cookbook author and was the head chef for many years at Alice Waters' influential Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA. Now lead by Chef Karl Wagner, who has cooked with us from day one. Having launched an expanded menu this month, we're excited about our new chapter.
