Fritz and Felix, inside Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, is essentially a steakhouse as Americans would understand it it, with beef tenderloin and different sizes of entrecote (rib-eye) on offer. Everything is grilled on a live-fire grill at the center, and beef is the star. Whole grilled fish is also offered, along with venison, spatchcock chicken and saddle of veal. Preparation is top-notch, service superb, wine outstanding. If you are looking for traditional German eating, this is not the restaurant for you, but you will find all you want in a grill here, with many elegant touches that befit a great European hotel.

Sehr freundlicher Service und eine interessante und leckere Auswahl, auch wenn ich mir persönlich noch das Angebot eines klassischen Frühstücks gewünscht hätte. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.
