Söderberg is a Swedish café business with a bakery and 7 sites in Edinburgh and we now have a bakery and 2 sites in London. We serve authentically Swedish food made to classic recipes with high quality ingredients. We’re open during the day for brunch, lunch, coffee & a selection of buns and pastries, cakes, waffles, Swedish style open sandwiches, salads and more. Please note that when making a reservation, the reservation amount is for all guests coming including children and babies as if not booked in then a suitable table may not be available.*We reserve the right to merge tables, i.e. you may be sharing a large table with other guests if absolutely necessary.
