Tucked into Shop 1/18 Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining by Bar Chaplin is a reservation-only dining room for 12. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. *We are closed 8 to 10 September for TAFE Graduation ceremonies*.Tuesday to Thursday lunch and Wednesday & Thursday dinner.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $45 or you can select any two courses for $40.     This was one of, if not, the best dinner experience we’ve had in Sydney. We spent our anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special experience. The food was amazing, the wine was superb and the staff took care of everything. Thank you!

    Great food options for us picky eaters with strong and different preferences. Hard surfaces make it a bit noisy which was the biggest issue Lovely service and wonderful and accommodating staff.
