Today my family and I visited Wagamama and were looked after by Adam, who was an absolute credit to your team. From the moment we arrived, Adam was warm, friendly, and welcoming. He showed us to our seats and took our drinks order with a genuinely positive attitude that made us feel comfortable straight away. When he returned with our drinks, he remembered exactly who had ordered what, which was a great touch and showed real attention to detail. He gave us time to look through the menu without any pressure, politely asking us to let him know when we were ready. When we were, he confidently answered all of our questions about the dishes and even recommended options when we were undecided. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and really helped us choose. Throughout our visit, Adam came across as professional, approachable, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good experience. Before finishing his shift, he took the time to come over, let us know he was heading off, and wished us an enjoyable rest of our meal, which was a really thoughtful and personal touch. This was exemplary service from a young man who is a fantastic example of how customer service should be done. Adam is a real asset to your team, and we look forward to visiting again.

Every single person we interacted with was super helpful and wonderfully welcoming. However, I have to give a massive, special shoutout to Antoni. Antoni looked after us for the entire evening and was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure the birthday celebration was flawless. His friendly demeanor, fantastic attitude, and highly attentive service made us feel so valued. Antoni added such a wonderful, personal touch to the evening that made the whole event even more special. He is a massive credit to the Clifton team! As for the food and drinks—they were nothing short of amazing. Despite a bustling dining room, our orders were taken promptly, and everything was served incredibly quickly! Every single dish was cooked to absolute perfection, piping hot, and bursting with those fresh flavors you crave. Our drinks were fantastic, and the presentation was spot on. It is rare to find a place where speed does not compromise quality, but the team delivered flawlessly. I cannot recommend Wagamama Clifton highly enough for any occasion.
