We had a great dinner at Cooper's Hawk. All of food from cup of the amazing bisque, salad and Soy Ginger Salmon were excellent.
Friends celebrating Birthday and just catching up!! Wonderful service with William as our server. Very helpful with recommendations and personalizing our experience with remembering our names as we dined. Offered sample of a wine and I ended up purchasing a bottle to take hime. One friend did take a dessert home and shared that it was not very good. We found that unusual as everything else was so delicious.
This place is one of the best restaurants in Loudoun. They do it right.
Bill was so hospitable! There was a little mix up with ver who was our waiter and one of the meals but Bill made it right and gave us a discount for our trouble. We appreciated his efforts in making everything right for us. The food and wine were amazing! Will definitely be back!

I love this place and will continue to go back. One of their hosts, Devan, is always friendly and accomodating. From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel welcomed and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
My friend and I had a great dinner at Cooper's Hawk in Ashburn. This was her first time dining there and she was blown away by her food as well as the wine. She had shrimp scampi and I had one of my favs, chicken piccata. We both had the appetizer wedge salad which is so hearty and really can be split. We had great bottle of Sauvignon Blanc with it. Since we didn't save room for dessert, I ordered a couple of items to go; a delicious way to top off the evening.
Great service, wonderful wines, and a varied menu that should appeal to most everyone.

We had a server in training and a trained server. Both were incredibly friendly and up beat!
Food was DELICIOUS. I had the bourbon barbecue pork loin and my wife had the seafood risotto. We shared the tex-mex eggroll appetizer, which was generously portioned and came with delicious sauces for dipping. Seating was well laid out for social distancing and our waiter was excellent. He went above and beyond in helping us choose a wine to have with dinner. I don't recall the name of the wine we had, but it was a light white blend that went perfectly with our pork/seafood dinner choices. Food and service were both exemplary.
We went for lunch. Nice lunch specials. Excellent service. Try the wine tasting if you go.
My medium filet mignon was raw in the middle. I should have sent it back, but I hate to do this. I ate around the perimeter as much as I could and brought the rest home to our foxes.
Food and wine is always excellent at Cooper's Hawk. You do need to make reservations at least 2 days prior to wanting to dine at the Ashburn location. They fill up quickly.
I have never had a bad meal at Coopers Hawk and I have been a member since they opened in Ashburn. Their wines are always deliciously first rate and reasonably priced. They know what they are doing...... and the staff is wonderful!

It was Valentine’s Day so I am sure they were busy, but they were sold out of the 2 things I wanted. They made it right though and offered come back gift cards.

This was our first time at Cooper's Hawk. We were so impressed with the service, the atmosphere, the food and the wine. We had an excellent experience and will be back.

We had a great experience at Cooper's Hawk for dinner. The food and wine was excellent, the safety measures put in place also made us feel very safe.
The only downside was, according to state law, alcohol must be cleared from the table by 10pm, which we were not made aware until 9:50pm... so we had to consume our beverages very quickly at the end of the meal, and then we were not permitted to buy any bottles of wine after dinner since it was past 10pm. We just were not made aware of these regulations prior to sitting down.
The service was fantastic and the food was great!!

Cooper's Hawk is a quality place but the prices have gotten to a point where we won't eat their as often. The appetizer's are entree' prices, The Entrees are inner city prices. Ashburn is a family area and most folks won't take their families. It's become an older adult (2) person deal. I'll recommend folks but will warn them of the prices.
Sad feeling during COVID restrictions...used to be a bustling place...seems so empty now

I was not aware that the “birthday” chocolates was an extra charge, they should let the client know before they bring then to the table.
We celebrated my husband's birthday and had a wonderful wine tasting followed by a delicious dinner. Everything was excellently prepared and we enjoyed ourselves.
Great food and service as always. Always love the wine. Wish they would stock more sparkling Rose as it is so popular that it runs out often.
