   The food was good but the server made us feel like we didn’t belong, I assume because we got the YYC exp menu

   This was the worst experience I have ever had at a steakhouse, went out on a birthday date for my girlfriend and was seated by a family full of kids and some 18 year old girls, then proceeded to get the wrong cooked steak it was terrible anyways no flavor, we had pork belly more like chewed on dog treats. Terrible I hope no one ever comes here.

   Another fantastic experience at charcut. I have taken my parents there twice now, and they've been absolutely blown away both times. They travelled in from northern BC to see a concert with me, so there was no doubt where I was making our reservation. The food and service are always top notch! We had bone marrow escargot, crispy pork belly, scallops, prime rib, New York steak, and the carbonara between us all. Thank you everyone!!!

   Rather underwhelming service and food quality for a 50% full restaurant. Server forgot to deliver a drink twice when clearly not very busy. Prime rib was average at best. Second time here - and last.

   Food was amazing service was amazing. They were hydrovacing a line outside of the restaurant so it was super loud normally a bit more intimate of an atmosphere for sure.

   Interesting vibe. Server was friendly and knowledgeable. The charred octopus was the highlight for me. The beef marrow croquettes were dry. Had 8oz prime rib and 8oz steak both came with potatoes. Both were under seasoned and bland. Underwhelming experience.

   Ribeye was tough. Bone marrow-escargot difficult to eat One of the restrooms was broken.

    Charcut came to us as a local favorite while visiting in Calgary. It completely lived up to expectations. The ambience is warm and contemporary, and the food is excellent, with a focus on local meats and produce. The wine list is terrific, especially on Wednesdays when it is 50% off. Especially high marks for the service team: fun, friendly, and excellent advisors on the menu.
