Blossom on Columbus
LOVED IT!! As someone who is not vegan/vegetarian you do not miss meat/dairy one bit. The food is absolutely fantastic. Ambiance is beautiful. Overall really great place to eata
Appealing vegan menu. Pleasant setting. Good food (although sweet potato fries were overcooked).
Blossom has been my favorite Vegan restaurant since i went vegan 1 year ago.
I was here with a group of 4 last weekend and it was a good time. The environment is quiet enough for conversation but not too loud. However, the food was a little flavorless. Normally vegan places don’t sacrifice flavor and it really felt like my rigatoni lacked flavor. I would recommend it as a good place to have dinner because of the price but I would stay away if you are not vegan.
Amazing food as always, and the best service.
Blossom is consistently excellent in all areas. The food is varied and delicious, the drinks are great, the service is friendly and professional. Make sure you try the artichoke appetizer -- not to be missed!
We came here more Often when we lived on the upper west side. But Blossom is always a solid choice. The only thing we noticed is that they changed the pizza crust :( so I would not order it again. It used to be so fluffy but now cracker/ hard like. So one may like that . Everything else was great. Seitan Picatta , Seitan Cordon Bleu and Apple Strudel. The only thing that seems to be off price wise is their apps. A bit higher than one would want to spend on a appetizer but mains are priced normally.
Wonderful restaurant! Best vegan food we have ever eaten.
Everyone on the staff was warm and welcoming and our server picked up on my brief, discrete request for a candle in our guest’s dessert.
Delicious vegan delights! Fig bruschetta, Blossom Burger...even a sushi roll! Everything was so yum! Delightful, friendly staff. I’ll be back SOON!
The food was amazing, the service was friendly and prompt, and the ambience was very romantic. We were delighted with everything.
Everything we got was delicious! I love this restaurant.
As usual, our evening at Blossom was perfect! We never miss this restaurant when we visit NYC.
very good food and the sample dish was surprisingly filling. i have been to both blossoms and they share a couple of the same menu dishes but i enjoyed the food a little better at this one.
Friendly service, delicious food, great location. If you are looking to eat vegan this spot is highly recommended.
The ambiance was very inviting and warm, the food was good and the chef was very creative with the menu choices. My only issue would be the portion size is way too small for the $. Ex. $6 for a bottled lemonade ridiculous wasn't even freshly made and no refills. Otherwise I recommend this place and I will be visiting again.
The food here was dated and unimaginative. Vegetarian and Vegan has come along way in the last 5 years, but these dishes were gloopy and flavorless - My advice, throw away Moosewood and pick up Ottolenghi.
Way too salty. Not going back.
Food is so great!
Delicious vegan food and great wines! The food is extraordinary and you wouldn’t know it’s vegan.
Dined outside & especially enjoyed the mushroom ravioli.
The food was not very tasty, especially considering the price.
Enjoyed the vegan and gluten free options! Started with dessert and a cocktail, then moved to the tacos. Delish!
Food was okay, but not worth the value. It took almost an hour to get 2 pizzas. Then I asked for oregano and was told it was on its way, but it never came. When I pointed it out to the server, she made it seem like it was my fault by saying that when the kitchen sees something that has never been ordered before, they take long to get it. But they didn’t take long, they just never brought it to our table.
Great variety of foods and top quality too. Loved the ranchero sauce on Huevos Rancheros and the tempeh bacon on the Tofu BLT was awesome! We were greeted warmly and able to sit outside at table of our choice on a Sunday at noon. Service was kind and attentive. We were thrilled to find Blossom on our NYC visit.
Undercooked ravioli, although mushroom filling was delicious
Undercooked cauliflower, basically raw. Which might be ok but not for cauliflower steak.
The burger is not house made.
Always enjoy our dinners at Blossom. We usually get their pasta dishes and a salad. This last visit I ordered the Salmon. Unfortunately, it wasn’t up to par as the texture was overwhelmingly tofu-ish. The scallops however were phenomenal. Certainly going back again but I am going to avoid the Salmon.
Looking forward to trying some of the other dishes. Mine was 'ok' but reckon there were better ones on the menu I would like. (All subjective). They have a good creative menu, even if I usually like keeping my food simple and vegan! Service excellence. Nice setting.
Love this restaurant , great staff , service and wonderful vegan food.
Great vegan menu with dietary notations so you know exactly what you're getting, which is important if you have food allergies. A lot of choices on the menu for all meal times. Food is fresh and delish with indoor or outdoor seating. Service is uneven and a little slow, but not terrible. Also nice drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Great food but vegan food should be in more of an oasis setting. Not loud loud loud.
Lovely restaurant for vegan diners. Food was delicious and ambiance perfect for a relaxed lunch.
Staff very nice but portions are not large and very pricey. Most of our food was tasty but the price overpowered the whole evening. A date night out without any drinks costs over $70.
Went here years ago and loved it. Used to be great. Now, not so good.
Blossom is a wonderful restaurant for anyone not just the point-based. I would highly recommend any item on the menu. Enjoy!
This is the first time we have dined in Columbus, but having dined before in Chelsea we knew that the food would be amazing. We found that the menu had some more options and we decided to chose the vegan burger with asparagus, which was the best vegan burger we have eaten. Beats Temple of Seitan in the UK and Vegan Junk Food burgers in Amsterdam. Truly world class food and service. Thank you
Blossom on Columbus had very good vegan cuisine! There are not many vegan restaurants that offer a higher-quality experience like this. I am gluten-free and they had a lot of options on the menu that were listed as gluten free! We got cocktails and wine, and the crispy artichokes appetizer which was really good, especially the lemon caper sauce that came with it. For the main course, I got the curried stuffed sweet potato which came with grilled collard greens and a creamy gravy, and my other guest got the "salmon" tofu which looked delicious as well! We got the chocolate ganache which was out of this world, and the tiramisu which was good as well, but lacked the espresso flavor a little bit. Our server brought out a candle in the dessert since we were celebrating a birthday which was nice. Overall, the experience was good. The food was very heavy and creamy, and we both felt a little stomach ache when we left, but we probably ate too much... would definitely go back another time to try some of their other dishes! Prices were a bit expensive, but you're in NYC, so understandable.
One of the best spots for vegan fare. The artichokes are delicious, as were the jackfruit tacos. The pancakes were a huge hit with the kids!
Great vegan options and a beautiful dining experience! Also, a wonderful wine selection. Thank you so much for everything!
Always fabulous food! Everyone I bring there is so happy! Everything is clean, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
