Prime Rib and Fried Shrimp
I've been going to the restaurant for over thirty years and usually, we really enjoy it. But the shrimp was dry and tasteless and the steak was small and had several bites of gristle. In addition, I tried to use my Open Table rewards and at first I was told that they didn't take them, then I was told that they didn't know how to use them, and then I was told that they tried to run the reward card through but it didn't go through. I called the rewards management and they said that no one had tried to run it through at the restaurant because they were showing no activity. I don't know who to believe, but it's clear that this restaurant is not the place to use your reward card.
The only thing that I am not so happy is the restroom for ladies is dirty and smells bad. This should be check regularly.
As usual, our server was professional and helpful. We missed the buzz of other diners, but realize that spacing is required during the pandemic. We’ll be glad when life returns to normal and we have to wait a bit to be seated.

I made reservations for 8:30 didn’t get seated till 8:30 didn’t get a waitress till 9:15 had to ask for one , food was cold and didn’t have proper silver wear .
I don't know what more I can add except ... Thank You All for making our time so memorable. We will be returning!!

First time out having dinner In 6 months due to COVID-19, it felt good and we fell nicely protected inside Black Angus.
I appreciated my free Birthday steak. It was delicious as always. I'm SO glad they have opened and PRAY they don't have to close.

I understand we’re in different times due to covid, but the food took 45 minutes to get to our table
By the time we got our orders , we were alreafy full of bread and drinks
I always enjoy the food, service goes from good to great, meat is always cooked the to what I ask for and value I get your cupon via E-Mail and that makes for a really good value

I was a bit concerned since Black Angus just re-opened, but was excited to eat inside a restaurant in air conditioning. We got there a few minutes early, and I called - our table was ready, so we went right in and were seated. Everything was great. One of our party said his steak wasn't hot, and would have liked it warmer. We mentioned that we were there celebrating my husband's birthday, but I don't think our server , Tonya, didn't hear us, because we didn't get any kind of response, happy birthday, or piece of cake. Overall, it was great.
Different from normal experience, due to quarantine restrictions.
Much quieter than usual, tables had to be socially-distanced, kind of took away from restaurant's usual ambiance and energy. But if you prefer more privacy and quiet, it would have been okay. Service was also much slower than usual due to Covid protocol. Prices have definitely increased, would not doubt if there is a connection with economic recession.
Otherwise, food was super as usual. Received extra order of salad, portions for the salad orders were huge. Server was friendly.

Very nice. They had indoor and outdoor seating, a lot of social distancing, very nice experience to be out again.
We were seated promptly after arriving for our reservation. First time we have gone out and ate anywhere like this since Covid happened. Our waiter was outstanding. He was working hard because he was also the bartender.
Considering the circumstances of the ongoing pandemic, Black Angus has done a remarkable job of providing quality customer service while minimizing any possible risks to customers or staff. My friends and I are already planning a return sometime soon.
Great to be able to enjoy a steak dinner indoors. Our service was great, the food was delicious and overall was great. Only small concern is that it looks like the prices have really gone up, so be prepared to pay more or have a coupon ready.
With limited indoor dining back we sat indoors. It was very pleasant. We had a reservation for 6:30p and were seated in a reasonable time. Everyone was friendly. Our server was attentive and knew the menu. It was our 31st Anniversary which I mentioned in the reservation but no one ever mentioned or acknowledged it so I just let it go. I was a bit disappointed but hey the food and service was good!

The absolute worst steak I’ve had for this price point. Too expensive of a steak for the quality. Was very disappointed to say the least.
Good steakhouse, lobster tail sucked. Not of good quality. I’m glad I didn’t pay extra for them.

Our waiter was very nice and prompt with all the courses we ordered. We arrived late but no one rushed us in eating or leaving quickly. The only unfortunate thing was our dessert. We got it to go so that we could allow them to close but it tasted burnt. Still a great locayion with great employees!
I have eaten here numerous times in the past. They always do steaks right. I have always been very pleased with there service food quality and everything.
This time was no different. Even though it was outside it was very nice and pleaseant. The whole family enjoyed the evening.
Black Angus has been our goto steakhouse for many years. The managementvand staff are excellent.
Our server was on top of us always ready for any needs. Amazing staff. Thank her again for me it was our first time out during this pandemic and we were very satisfied with everything. There were some flys but that couldnt be helped. I totally understand

As always food was good I've turned my steak back in other well known and pricier places somehow medium rare must be a difficult task, but not here it was perfect, and service was very good, overall very good
