Hicimos una reserva para las 7 y 15 pm y nos atendieron casi 1 hora después. No tenían personal suficiente aunque las personas que nos atendieron una vez nos dieron la mesa fueron fenomenales.

Went here for a bday dinner for kids. Seated late, drinks came late, food order taken nearly 30 min after being seated. Food was ok not outstanding. My son did like the hibachi chicken and we did like the items that were made spicy. The yakisoba was too sweet. The birthday celebration (song, etc.) was not very enthusiastically performed at all compared to the table next to us which had a great celebration, which my son was hoping for and didn’t receive. Chef went thru the motions, responded to food requests relatively well but seemed like a trainee in terms of the performance elements since she dropped her utensils a lot. Far better food, service and performance in other hibachi restaurants in the area. Definitely will not return or recommend. This is not the Benihana experience I remember from my childhood.

Service is awful. We were there for an over an hour and no one ever once stopped to asked anyone wanted refills on their drinks. My son was literally coughing, and I had to give him my little bit of water that was left and asked a server to please bring us refills. One soda was $4.50 alone. The portions were so small it's not even worth it, you might as well go to the store and make your own steak and rice for a 1/4 of the price. The show isn't worth it there's no excitement, there's no fire, there's no tricks. Unlike most restaurants that do the Hibachi cooking in front of you, the appetizer is included in your meal, this place does not include the appetizer in your meal. To top it all off, I paid with $100 bill, and my total was $94.44 and the girl brought me back $4 as my change and tried to tell me oh well that's what she gave me... WTF I had to do the calculations in my phone on a calculator just for her to see that she was shorting me on my change. Don't waste your time going here it's DEFINITELY not worth it!!!!

Manager was a little rude and impatient tonight. As well as horrible smells from the men’s restroom. Food was severely under seasoned. 3 out of 10

I’m absolutely shocked at how far this restaurant has fallen. What used to be a go-to spot for a great night out has completely fallen apart. Our New Year’s Eve dinner was supposed to be memorable, and it was—but for all the wrong reasons. Let’s start with the food. The filet mignon? Fatty and riddled with gristle, it was more like something you’d find at a questionable buffet than a premium steakhouse like Benihana. The chicken tasted like a rubber tire—overcooked and dry. And the shrimp? Truly inedible. It had the texture of an old sponge and a taste that made me question if it had been sitting in the freezer since last year. The chefs? Well if you’re expecting the lively hibachi experience—flames, jokes, onion volcanoes—you’ll be sorely disappointed. Our chef seemed lost. There was no energy, no show, and at one point, he actually mixed up orders and looked confused about what he was cooking. Looking around it seemed the same at other tables (no shows / no energy). The prices? 17.50 for a can Sapporo beer! Yes, you read that right—seventeen dollars and fifty cents for a can of beer you can get at the grocery store for a fraction of that. It’s truly baffling how this place is still in business. Between the atrocious food, lackluster service, and absurd prices, it feels like they’re coasting on their past reputation. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. Never again, Benihana. Spent 375 including tip. Entire experience was just flat out terrible. Management should be ashamed.
