Our waiter service was horrible. All of my years of coming here, this was my first bad experience.
I was visiting from out of town and checked into the hotel late and found out Benihana‘s was open until nine I made a reservation for 830 and was seated and had a great time the food and service and the drinks was delicious!

My order was messed up and did not have good taste
Great experience! Went with my kids and we all had great food, great customer service. It was clean and they have a good COVID routine going for everyone. We didn’t ever touch anyone or get close enough to anyone. Overall, great, safe (!) place to venture out to.
Great service and food
Called fora reservation the front desk female would not make one. She told me to go open table. I told I could not could she pls get us in for two at 5:30 pm we were on our way to the location. We had looked online and wanted to see how the social distancing was. She put me on hold and said they had nothing until 8:45 pm in a verb not kind way. We showed up and there were immediate tables people at the bar. We. Were seated with another couple completely distanced. Amazing meal but the lie there were no tables because she did not want to add two people was mean and lazy.
Great time and attention to spacing guest, chef cleaning everything in front of us to ensure sanitary measures were being observed. Friendly but distant contact from staff and management. They are definitely taking the circumstances of the times seriously, but also keeping the dining experience great for their customers!

Haven’t been here in a long time since it went so far downhill in the last few years. My daughter really wanted to try again.
It was nearly empty. Service was OK, chef was good, but the place still looks run-down (especially outside) and not super clean.
Still not what it used to be. Way too expensive for what you get.

I have really missed it here they have never disappointed me the food was delicious the service was awesome a little hard to understand the chef with his mask on,but of course a very necessary precaution it was my birthday dinner and I had a great time!!

Don’t waste your time or money here. The management is awful. The only good thing about it was leaving when dinner was over. Will never be back. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes for a drink....also I didn’t appreciate getting sauce or egg thrown on me by the chef. I will definitely stick with Zikis

We took the family (including grandchildren) to celebrate a birthday. We went early on a Sunday evening and the place was a mess. There was food on the floor which gave the appearance of the restaurant being dirty. Our chef was not as entertaining as we have had in the past and drink service was very slow. The food is always good, I'm not certain that is enough to make me want to go back.
Poor customer service also hair in my food. Food wasn’t given to you in a timely fashion . Food was very delayed even though it’s cooked in front of you
Waitress wasn't that great but other than that everything was great!!
It would be nice to have Japanese cooks at the tables to make the experience more effective.
I love this place. I have been coming here forever . I'm a little disturbed by the sauces they are not as tasty as they were in the past.

THe visit was around lunch time. There were at least 2 tables where no guests were present and there were still dirty. The waitress seemed to be having a really bad day. Our chef was certainly delightful and saved the afternoon.

The server never put my food in
I had a reservation at Benihana @4:15. Once seated, my table was filthy! I moved my family to another table which also was filthy. Stains of soy sauce & stick. Disgusting for an eating establishment. I asked for a server to clean it. She said give her minute. She left to complete take out orders. She finished 3 orders & told us to wait a few more minutes. I’m standing with my family of 4 waiting on her return in the middle of the sushi bar area. I asked for the manger but he/she never came. Finally we left. Horrible experience. We are usually here at least twice a month. I will be rethinking this restaurant
This location is under new ownership and/or management and today my experience was awful. Benihana is my favorite restaurant but I will “NEVER” return to this location and will advise all my family and friends to never visit again. However, LuLu our server was fantastic as always.
Overpriced and waited a long time for lackluster service.

My meal was priced right. My chicken was cooked too dry. The service was great but a bit slow. The brown rice was tasteless. I didn’t enjoy myself as much as I did about 5 years ago. I will return in the future.

I’ve been to Benihana many times prior to this visit and it was always an awesome experience. Great food and wonderful service for the price. On this occasion it was very different. For the price I was surprised they had changed it from getting a good amount of vegetables to just getting some zucchini and onions only. The steak was over cooked as was the lobster which was super disappointing. The chef seemed very new and didn’t really interact with the crowd. He was nervous I suppose which led to the food being over cooked. Again I mention these things because it is not cheap to eat at Benihana. I could’ve chosen Sakura and it would’ve cost much less. Hopefully they revert back to the original way they did things and we may return. Thanks for the memories Benihana.

Got their 30 minutes early, Waited about 2 hours passed our reservation time to get seated and the hostess was very rude and unreasonable. Before we even got seated, they seated multiple families who got there way after many of us had already gotten there (1-1.5 hours), and were very rude about it as well.
We had to wait over an hour even though we had a reservation. That was the only black mark on an otherwise great night

Each one of my 6 family members all received a $45 ticket in the empty parking lot. So expensive and not worth the value -will not return. Food just ok not worth the exorbitant price. Bar prices so high. Not worth it.
We have been going to this location for family birthdays for a while but this may have been the last time. Service and quality has really been going downhill and this visit we were there forever basically waiting for our server who went missing multiple times. It was my son’s birthday and we had to wait for fifteen minutes for him so we could tell him we wanted cake and he forgot the rest of the dessert orders (which is fine, we couldn’t wait any longer) and hastily sang happy birthday before any plates were cleaned, no drinks we refreshed, we were scowled at when we asked for another paper hat - really awful service and then the food was not good at all this time.

Very busy, lots of families with kids, our spots were very cold until the chef really got going on the griddle in front of us and it took long until a chef came to prepare our food. Maybe Saturday around 6pm was not the best time choice on our side

Naturally on Valentine’s Day, it was extremely busy but the staff executed everything nicely & professionally. I enjoyed the show at the chef’s table, and the food was delicious. Overall great for a date night, or even an evening out with family.
