We ordered a few sushi rolls before catching a concert. The food was good, but the service was horrendous. We had to flag down someone to help us at every turn. The same person did not come to our table twice. No one checked on us. No drink refills. Nothing. We had to flag them down just to pay the bill. I understand places are short staffed, but the restaurant was not busy and there seemed to enough people working. They were just unorganized

We had not been for awhile, but once were seated the nice memories came back. Excellent, congenial service, great selection. We started off with chicken wings and fried calamari. Both fresh and excellent. I had the beet, cob salad with salmon, our guest had the caesar salad with chicken and my partner the Turkey Club. The portions were large. We could not finish. Highly recommend Aterra.

We were only 1 of 3 tables on Mother’s Day. Had to get up on multiple occasions to find our server to get assistance. They did give a lovely chocolate strawberry to all of us moms which was delicious. Food was good. When we did have service it was good.

It was a Mother’s Day Sunday. It was lovely. The servers went beyond and above. I was happy to know that they knew some American Sign Language. That meant a lot to my mom and me.
We appreciate all that.

We were at this restaurant some time ago and was expecting a similar experience. What a disappointment! Cheesey atmosphere, plastic wobbly tables and a depressing vibe. We went during restaurant week and thought the limited menu would show off the kitchen.....it did. Over cooked calamari, non interesting sushi roll. The desert was the best part, a chocolate tart with fresh berries. The service was exceptional. The servers should go to a better establishment.

Went to Arterra for the first time for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Their menu was very fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast. Definitely made celebrating Valentine’s Day here very special.

We really enjoyed our Valentines Dinner at Arterra. The service was great! The food was very good and great portions. Overall great value. It’s not the most private dining area, but it is an overall great experience. The restaurant opens up to the hotel lobby , leaving intimacy to be desired.

Even if the place wasn’t packed with people watching the football game, this place really felt like a sports bar. There were big screen TVs everywhere you looked. I’m fine with that, it’s just not what i expected. Because of the game, the place was probably much louder than usual. Wait staff may have been spread a little thin, as service was a little slow. We weren’t in a hurry so than was fine with us. We got there before happy hour ended, so prices were very reasonable. I have mixed reviews for the food. The margarita flatbread was just ok. However, the shisito peppers with pork belly were amazing! I could go back just to get them again. All in all it was a good experience. If your staying at the hotel it’s definitely worth trying.

We ended up leaving. For NYE dinner they only served bar food. The service though seems like it was going to be great. Very attentive with us.
It’s a restaurant in a hotel so set your expectations from there. Definitely not a place to celebrate anything special. I’m sure it’s a wonderful restaurant option if you’re staying in the hotel.

Had Thanksgiving lunch. The buffet was ample and nothing was missing. The service was casual-friendly and we felt at home and well cared-for. My wife felt some dishes a little salty but I found everything to my taste. Three meats— turkey, ham and prime rib— all well cooked and well seasoned. Garlic mashed potatoes with brown gravy were heavenly . I can’t overstate the delicate perfection of the petits fours for dessert. I would return for those exclusively. I recommend the graham cracker custard dusted with chocolate. Reminded me of my grandmother’s pastries. Spectacular.

Really dont like the new decor or menu. I miss Aterra! I was a regular. Bon Mi sandwich is awful and the place is very sterile now. Sad!

I've never been disappointed when I eat here. The servers are friendly and attentive and the food is great. The housemade parker rolls were soft, buttery and decadent. The Scottish Salmon had a perfectly crisp skin and moist flesh. The spaetzle was drowning a bit in the sauce but it was delicious. The dessert was truly amazing - peaches and cream. There was a "peach" made from white chocolate(?) and filled with a delicious cream and peach bits. It was a work of art.

Everything was great. Food tasted very good and the service was excellent The only complaint was the time it took to get our meal. It was at least 30 minutes. We would return and give them another chance, but the food preparation needs to improve dramatically.

The restaurant was temporarily moved to the ballroom during the renovation, but we hope you had a chance to see the new space and dine there, as we reopened on the 30th. They are currently remodeling and moved the restaurant to a makeshift cafeteria style in a ballroom with a limited menu and bar. It took 10 minutes to get anyone to come over after we were seated and after we finished dinner another 15 minutes for a dessert menu. The waitress never came back to take our dessert orders and we finally went to the makeshift bar to ask for our check. Wait another 3 months until renovations are complete before going. Right now it's just awful!

Food is pretty good. While they're renovating, the restaurant is in a conference room which lacks ambiance but at least is quiet. Unfortunately our service was very poor on the last occasion. The waiter never refilled our water, forgot one of my orders, and was very hard to get ahold of.

Right now the restaurant in under construction and it moved to the conference room . There was not enough servers and we waited 1:20 min for sushi. Yes, we didn't have to pay for it but it 2 people had to
watch how the others are eating. This place should be closed during the remodeling.

Apparently, it is being remodeled, so it has temporarily been moved into a conference/ballroom section of the hotel. The food was relatively good, but the atmosphere was dismal.

I haven't been to Arterra in years, and was taking a business associate to lunch. Business associate was looking forward, as he had never been to the restaurant. Arrived at 12:30, with reservation, to find that restaurant was undergoing renovation, and the "restaurant" was relocated in a meeting room, which was full, noisy, and we were told we would have to wait 15 minutes on a work day to be seated. Eventually we were seated, and our salads were quite good, as was our waiter (who was very apologetic). I would suggest that until the renovation is completed, Arterra get off of the OpenTable site, so they may inform potential customers on the phone of their situation. I paid top dollar for a meal in a noisy meeting room, which did not at all live up to my expectations. They offered us a free dessert, which neither of us wanted. This was poor judgment on the restaurant's part. I would not have made this reservation had I been properly informed.
