Great food. Great service. Very nicely paced for brunch. Didn’t feel rushed at all.
Perfect place for any occasion. The service is great and the food is amazing. Definitely a must eat when in the El Paso Area.
Amazing experience all together. We will return soon....
Great as always, quality never changes, always great food. The service outstanding as usual, Steve at the Bistro took care of us.
Will be back soon!
It was my girlfriends 21st birthday, service was great , waiter gave us helpful recommendations to have a more pleasant evening together, he went out of his way to take our photos , food was great , very chefy artistic, surprisingly i got full . Great for anniversaries and proposals!
This is the best restaurant I have been to in years. I ordered the meat loaf and it was very good. It was definitely better than I expected. The cheesecake was had a very good flavor too. The service was excellent and the waiter was very attentive. I definitely didn’t feel ignored. Finally, the restaurant has a great atmosphere, relaxing yet elegant.
Prompt professional service is appreciated
One of the best in ELP. Definitely the right food, ambiance, and price for the special occasion or dates with your loved one. Beautiful.
The best fine dining restaurant in El Paso area. Excellent food and service and second to none.
We have been here many times before a show. We originally were seated, we asked to be seated at a table over from the live musician on the patio. The hostess said it was reserved and we couldnt sit there. When we got up to leave an hour or so later, the table was still available.
It took about 20 minutes for anyone to recognize we hadn't been waited on.
Menus were worn out and barely readable. Food was not worth the price.
My cioppino was ok. Seafood mostly good but the scallops were not. Even more confusing was the fact that the waitress seemed confused by my request for a spoon. For my soup/stew. Not a great meal. Just ok.
Had a reservation so everything was ready. When making the reservation the young lady asked if we were celebrating an event. I said yes, we were bringing our 17 year old granddaughter to celebrate her birthday. However no effort was made by any employee of Anson 11 Bistro to acknowledge her birthday. Why ask if nothing is ever mentioned. That was the most disappointing event of the night. The food was good, but the Hamburger was missing something.
I have eaten here once before in 2017 and was not impressed with the food. Because it is right next to the Plaza Theatre and we were gong to see a show I decided to take a chance again, partly because they had an August special with two entrees, wine and dessert for $45. I guess every one else decided to try them too. We were seated 30 minutes late for our reservation and I was quite concerned about the time and worried that the kitchen would not be up to the task. No worries, yes the service was slow and we barely had time to finish our entrees, but our waiter could not have been nicer and served my wife a complimentary glass of wine as an apology and we were credited for the dessert that we didn't have time to finish. The real treat was the food! Our entrees were hot, tasty and very unique. The flavor of the meatloaf was subtle, spicy and wonderfully complex. I hesitated to order it because most meatloaf is bland and you rarely find it on better menus; this was a treat that I highly recommend. My wife's stuffed chicken was absolutely superb in every way and also quite a treat. The bread was crisp and fresh and served with a wonderfully seasoned olive oil. I am sure that the dessert would have been wonderful too from the looks on the faces of the other patrons who got there before we did. I am looking forward to our next trip to Anson 11 and am certainly going to make sure that we aren't rushed.
The service and food in the Bistro was exceptional. The noise was a little bothersome, but was expected. If we had more time we would have opted for Fine Dining, but we were in town for a concert next door at the Plaza Theatre. We will be back.
We were seated at a very small table in such a busy area we could not carry on a conversation; I made the reservation two weeks or more before the date. The seating affected our experience there
We had an amazing time! Service was spot on!
We weren’t checked on, and we waited too long for our main dishes. The food wasn’t even good, way too over priced for it’s worth
The overall experience was incredible! The only bad thing was a louder table they sat us next to, but would highly recommend stopping by (:
Great environment, fast service, superb food. Would recommend for lunch and drinks or a night out with a loved one.
As always, Anson 11 has been high quality, from Bistro to Fine Dinning.
The staff always on top to make sure you feel comfortable. I love this place and hope we still have it for decades to come
The fine dining experience didn't meet my expectations. The food was not prepared as the menu described. Service was nothing special even though it was a special occasion! It wasn't so busy that the waiter couldn't tend to our table of three a little closer. Very dissatisfying experience...
I've had better experiences at casual dining.
What a pleasant experience drug the Plaza Classic Film Fest!
Overall a good place to eat I just didn't like the table they put us at because it was by the server counter so alot of traffic and bumping into your table
Their Queso Fundido is the BEST in town, that in itself is worth the trip. Free validated parking is cool too.
The restaurant was very nice with an amazing waiting staff and great food. However my date friend zoned me after going here, so now I associate Anson 11 with being friend zoned.
Restaurant was very presentable and elegant, along with the staff being professional and courteous it was an amazing experience.
Excellent dinner, friendly staff, never had to wait for anything. I would most definitely would come back
It’s a beautiful place for a first date. The staff is nice and the bistro food is really good.
Great food, nice decor and felt special. The service was a tad (and I mean tad) slow, but they were busier than they normally are. It was louder than I’d have liked it to be, but not terrible. Dress is semi-formal, but like everywhere in El Paso, that is open to interpretation. Gourmet food is not cheap, but it’s worth the expense here, since it’s probably the best place in town, currently.
I was pleasantly surprised by sophistication of some of the "Bistro" items. A friend and business woman was visiting El Paso, and I took a chance and chose Anson11. Boy, am I glad I did! It was quiet, the service was attentive and correction without being annoying, and the food was fantastic. We both could not stop complimenting our dishes that were nuanced, complex, and perfectly prepared. What a treat!
My biggest complaint is the the dessert menu is boring! Anson11 needs to become a bit more innovative and daring--molten chocolate cake, crème brûlée, etc. are NOT interesting: they are safe. My other complaint is that although we asked the manager, Gerard (?) to validate our parking, when we arrived at the parking garage we each added another $8.00 to our tab. These tiny incidents do not detract from what was truly a lovely evening in every way. I hope Anson11 continues this tradition of excellence.
Bistro area is great for friendly gatherings! Food is always on point!
All of it was great!! Good food, service and atmosphere. (Except for the lady with the witch cackling laugh at the bar..customers were leaving because Of her but that’s not A11’s fault. Next time you get a customer like that give them complimentary appetizers to stuff in their mouth. 😀)
Awesome Arugala Salad with Grilled Shrimp. Decent service considering how busy they were.
I really like it as well as my whole family. They loved that the waiter talked to us in spanish and the food was fast and delicious.
Went on a first date here. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated like priority. All staff was generous and kind. I highly recommend the fine dinning and soak in the overall experience.
Awesome dinner before All Star Game, but waiter did not notice me sitting for 20 minutes, finally asked if I sat myself. I said no and that I had reservations and was sitted 20 minutes earliar.
Great service !! It was my husbands first time and everything was perfect.
Our waiter, who remarked he’d just moved back to El Paso, was outstanding!! The live music was nice but a bit louder than we’re used to. Always good food!
We had a reservation at the Bistro. Our persistent server kept pushing us for our food order while we were clear that we wanted to enjoy our cocktail first. Once we did order, our kale salads took what seemed an unusually long time. While enjoying our kale salads (we were just on our third bite) our entree came out prematurely and sat in front of us and got cold while we rushed through our salad. Our server, not really showing any EQ, seemed to care about the strange timing. Odd first experience for us at this place.
