Good food, a very good front end and an excellent, subtle waiter. I think the ambience took a hit due to Covid-19 accommodations, but plan to go back when the experience could be more livelier.

Best dinner we’ve had in over a year!

Fantastic option for the first meal out in over a year!

Was greeted pleasantly by the hostess and seated immediately. Masks were worn and the tables were all distanced out. The outside seating was a welcome dining spot, giving one an opportunity to enjoy the nice weather.
Our server Kellie, was great and very pleasant and helpful.
We ordered a blackened chicken wrap and a salmon Marsala pasta. Both dishes were seasoned well and tasty.
We didn’t order dessert but our cocktails were great and to our liking. We had manhattans and red sangria.
Overall, had a great experience and will definitely go back.

Disappointed in the food!!! Shrimp bisque didn’t have one piece of shrimp in either one of our bowls. Pesto flavor over powered the broth. Didn’t even finish.
Both chicken Parm and eggplant parm were sub par. Sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. Flavorless.
Service was good. Will not return. :(

AIDA is fantastic! The food was delicious - I could've eaten the whole menu! The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the night. I will be recommending this restaurant to all of my friends!

Wine, salmon and cannoli was great. I’ve eaten hear many times and the food has always been good.

Great choices on the menu, from the expected Italian fare to some really interesting choices. Good selection of wines and beer, don't forget the deserts, leave some room.

My birthday was extra special- Aida’s even gave me a birthday cannoli and a card signed by each staff member! The swordfish was amazing, and the wine as usual my favorite!!

Excellent service, a good selection of well priced wines, and the bolognese, risotto, and cannoli were all delicious. We will definitely be back.

We love the food, atmosphere, ambience, energy of Aida Bistro & Wine Bar. We've met the owners and they are lovely people. The whole staff goes out of their way to make your evening special. I have definitely recommended it to my family and friends.

Hadn't been in a while, but glad we went back! It's a little out of the way, but SO worth it! Plenty of patio dining for spring and summer. Waitress was on top of it, but not to an annoying level. Bus staff was friendly and efficient. Had the salmon BLT and it was perfectly cooked! Delicious! As were the garlic parm. fries. Not your average go-to wine selection; varied and local beer well represented as well as a couple German favs.

A quiet bistro atmosphere for outdoor dining. I had the braised beef bolognese with fettuccini. The sauce was simple, had a nice taste, and contained small pieces of tender beef. The wine mienu had quite a few interesting tastes. The only thing I did not enjoy was the bread pudding with chocolate sauce; the pudding was rather bland in taste. My server was attentive and went out of her way when given a request.

Really enjoyed the date night special. French onion soup was wonderful as was the portabello ravioli. Iwe always enjoy our meals and the servers are excellent.

First time here and we were impressed with our server, Luke, as well as the gluten free food. My wife has a severe allergy and chose the crab cake sandwich and we both had the crab dip. She stated her crab cake was wonderful and it, by itself, would bring her back. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, also gluten free, and it was scrumptious. We both had desserts - shared the citrus cake and white chocolate crème brule. Yes, you heard that right. Were both good? We got another order of them to go. :) Total bill was $100, with tip included - no beverages.

We returned to Aida as this is the place where we first met. Our entrees (salmon blt & chicken Tuscany) were very good and we’re looking forward to dining outside soon.

First, our server Kelly was incredible. The wine is great and the cocktails...even better! The food was good and the dessert was something I had never had before and thoroughly enjoyed (Chocolate Strawberry bread pudding). Def give this place a look and try.

We did the Date Night special- 2 appetizers and 1 entree per person for $89. We were given a nice selection to choose from and our waitress turned us on to a great white wine from the selections on tap.

Very nice staff. Solid food. Great home made pasta. They have a cool wine deal where you get 10% of when you buy 3 bottles.

This is Columbia’s best kept secret. Out of the way but we’ll worth the trip. Been here many times but with the pandemic you take the loss of an awesome restaurant for granted. We always feel welcome and can always count on getting seated where we want to be. Customer service is beyond compare. The owners are friendly and engaging and always say hello when on site. The bartenders and staff are knowledgeable about the wine and food and willing to make recommendations that are on point. The food is beyond words and some of the best we’ve eaten anywhere. It is 5 star dining in my opinion. My wife had Chicken Tuscany that was tender and Judi you with spinach. I had braised beef with mashed potatoes that was so tender it fell apart. The demi was a great addition to the flavor of the beef. All in all one of the best meals we’ve had but that occurs all the time at Aida.

Aida is the perfect lunch spot! I have a severe gluten allergy (celiac), and I let the waiter know this before ordering. Both the waiter and owner reassured me that the kitchen practiced safe allergy protocols. I had the short rib grilled cheese on gluten free bread with a side salad. Absolutely delicious, and I did not get sick afterwards! Thank you, Aida, for catering to my allergy and providing delicious food.

First time visitor. Aida had a Valentines day special on Sunday. It was cool that they had a 4 course meal ready to go, with quite the selection for each course. The meal was phenomenal from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our comfort. The wine was excellent as expected. I believe a manager or owner even came to visit us to see how we were doing. It is the small gestures that keep people like me coming back. I suppose we will need to find another holiday to celebrate next week at Aida!

We went to Aida for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely go again!

always a wonderful meal and a fun time. the hostess was super accommodating and our server Josh was friendly, professional, and had great timing with pacing our meal. the outdoor patio is perfect for those of us who are paranoid to eat indoors but still want to enjoy quality dining. that you for a perfect date night! The owner is amazing. Everytime wo go there is is so friendly and personable. I've never met any owner that has expressed sincere value towards their customers. The food was amazing and they definitely got it right regarding social distancing. This is our new dining spot for sure! 10☆ service!!

Went here as part of Howard county restaurant week. My wife and I absolutely loved every aspect of our meal. The service was great and we were visited by the owner twice to ensure everything was up to our expectations. A great experience and the entire place was keeping up with all required COVID precautions.
