Tonatiuh Cuevas is the chef in charge of this new culinary adventure, which seeks to showcase seafood and pay homage to the gastronomy of the Mexican Pacific, particularly that of the Nayarit coast, presenting as its signature dish “zarandeado” fish (a traditional grilled red snapper or sea bass marinated in a dried chile paste or lemon and beer).

They should make sure all

 
·Dined on August 28, 2012

They should make sure all staff knows the reservation requirements, we even called the restaurant three times,to make sure everything was ok... and at the end, they did it wrong.

You would think a restaurant like that, will make it perfect. So dissapointed
